We opened Olive & Ash in a former hardware shop with a single idea: cook what is good this week and do very little to it. The oven runs on oak and olive wood; the bread, the roast chicken and most of the vegetables go through it.
The kitchen is open to the room. If you sit at the counter you will see every plate leave, and you can ask the cook what to have next.
